The World record of the highest myopia belongs to a Slovak photographer, Jan Miskovic, with an impressive myopic degree measured at -108 Diopters.

This is the highest myopia degree ever measured, an astounding -108 Diopters. Despite his visual disability, he has embraced life to the fullest, utilizing modern technology and his passion for photography to create remarkable art.
